Detailed Problem Description


When the SA170 Crystal Report is compared with OSA110 report's Open Order values, the values are not matching.

Solution Analysis and Recommendations


When we compared the OSA110 and SA170 reports open order figures, the values mismatched. So we verified the restrictions at query level and found that there is no restrictions applied at query end.

Resolution


Step 1: Applied restrictions on Customer field at BW BEX query.
Step 2: Updated the connection in Crystal Reports Designer.
Step 3: Executed the Report in Crystal designer.
Step 4: Validated the values with OSA110 NEC Production report.
Step 5: Placed the report in NEC Infoview under IT > BMS > Quality testing folder and scheduled the report.
